Most therapy asks you to go back into the pain, describe it in detail, and process it through language.
That works for some people. But for many, it just means re-traumatising yourself every session — and leaving feeling wrung out rather than better.
The approaches I use work differently:
Clinical Hypnotherapy We work directly with the subconscious mind — shifting the beliefs and programs running beneath the surface. You don’t need to narrate your trauma in detail. We can change the pattern without excavating the wound.
Resource Therapy (Parts Work) Instead of analysing your story, we have a conversation with the parts of you that are holding pain, fear, or protection. The emotional charge gets shifted and released — often without you needing to explain “what happened.”
Biodynamic Breathwork Your body already knows what it’s carrying. Through breath and movement, we let it release — without needing words. You feel it shift. No clipboard required.
Yoga Therapy Not a yoga class. One-on-one nervous system work — helping your body move out of survival mode and into regulation. We’re not asking “what happened to you?” We’re asking “where do you want to go?”
I’m Kael – a somatic psychotherapist with a background most therapists don’t have.
I spent 10 years as a professional fighter. I’ve sat with my own trauma, burnout, and nervous system dysregulation. I know what it’s like to look successful on the outside and feel broken on the inside.
Now I integrate clinical training (hypnotherapy, breathwork, yoga therapy, Buddhist psychology) with real-world, grounded experience.
I’m not here to analyse you. I’m here to help you actually feel different.
