I'M KAEL
From Cage fighter, title belt holder and multiple black belts conquering the ring to mastering my own inner battles for over two decades, I dedicated my life to mastering martial arts, earning multiple black belts and spending 10 years as a professional fighter, securing numerous title belts along the way. Despite these achievements, true fulfillment eluded me until I delved into a profound inner journey, immersing myself in the teachings of Buddhism, Yoga, and Samkhya philosophy, as well as exploring breathwork for trauma release (BBTRS) and various other modalities such as Clinical Hypnotherapy & Psychotherapy.
I'm passionate about discussing these modalities as therapeutic tools and delving into topics related to self-development and spirituality.
Movement, Mindfulness & Breath in its various forms, has always played a pivotal role in my personal growth journey, compelling me to share my experiences and insights with others.
I'm fascinated by the ways in which movement & breath can deepen our connection with our inner selves and emotions. It serves as a catalyst for holistic healing and provides a sacred, primal release for emotions and tensions that may become trapped within the body.
