From Cage fighter, title belt holder and multiple black belts conquering the ring to mastering the inner realms for over two decades, I dedicated my life to mastering martial arts, earning multiple black belts and spending 10 years as a professional fighter, securing numerous title belts along the way. Despite these achievements, true fulfilment eluded me until I delved into a profound inner journey, immersing myself in the teachings of Buddhism, Yoga, and Samkhya philosophy, as well as exploring breathwork and various other modalities.

I'm passionate about discussing these modalities as therapeutic tools and delving into topics related to self-development and spirituality.

Courage, resilience, and an unwavering spirit are recurring themes in my life. Movement, in its various forms, has always played a pivotal role in my personal growth journey, compelling me to share my experiences and insights with others.

I'm fascinated by the ways in which physical movement can deepen our connection with our inner selves and emotions. It serves as a catalyst for holistic healing and provides a sacred, primal release for emotions and tensions that may become trapped within the body.
